Megan has a doctorate in Clinical Psychology with expertise in stress, child development, and risky behavior in youth. She is a southern girl at heart, and loves fashion, travel, beauty, and more. She describes herself as a "type a" planner. She has three young daughters.  

Sarah is a beauty industry expert, with a career spanning 15 years working with prestige beauty brands. She has a Masters degree in education and was an elementary school teacher prior to following her passion into beauty. She is mom to two young daughters.
