Lluminizer gives structure to the face, it helps light reflect on elevated areas of your face like the bridge of your nose, cheekbones and the center of your eyelids. Can come in liquid in pump form, or with a doe foot or pressed or loose powder.
Highlighters are used on the highest points of the face and areas you want to pop and stand out more, like the corner of your eye. Comes in cream, powder and liquid (often the words are interchangeable and depends on what the brand prefers).
Illuminators are to add an overall luminous glow to your face that is a bit more natural and subtle. This product comes in a primer form often to add glow all over the face before foundation application. Also, cream and powder.
Luminizers and highlighters will sharpen your look, illuminators will give a blurred overall glow. All are like a magic wand that adds radiance to your complexion.
